Primary Job Duties

As a Warranty and Repair administrator, you will be responsible for determining the disposition of parts removed from the aircraft, follow up on warranty parts, and tracking repairs from vendors.

  • Designate work needed to be completed on removed parts

  • Assign vendor to repair removed parts

  • Determine if a part has a current warranty

  • Keep warranty log

  • Evaluate repair quotes

  • Purchase aircraft parts

Minimum Requirements

  • Warranty experience

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

  • SkyTrac software experience (Preferred)

  • Knowledge of vendor locations (Preferred)

Physical and Other Requirements

  • Sitting at a computer for extended periods of time
