Primary Job Duties
As a Crew Administration Coordinator you will:
Update pilot and flight attendant schedules for Leave of Absence, Vacation, Company Business, and initial/yearly proficiency training
Build schedules for pilots and flight attendants when they return from Leave of Absence
Monthly audit of pilot and flight attendant schedules
Coordinate hotel reservations and book flights for flight attendants attending training
Monitor pilot’s flight time and landings to stay in compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations
Receive and respond to calls/chats/emails with crewmembers
Other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor
Minimum Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Officeincluding Word, Excel, and Outlook
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Friendly and outgoing personality
Self-motivated, team player
Ability to work under tight time constraints and adapt to change quickly and positively
Must be able to effectively communicate in writing and verbally by telephone and in person with crewmembers, dispatch, and other office staff
Demonstrates stable work history with reliable attendance
Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Physical and Other Requirements
This position is based at SkyWest Headquarters in St. George, UT (no remote positions available)
The schedule will be 4/10, Tu-Fri once fully trained
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
