SkyWest Airlines Coordinator Crew Administration in St. George, Utah

Primary Job Duties

As a Crew Administration Coordinator you will:

  • Monitor and coordinate schedule coverage for all pilot and flight attendant schedules for Leave of Absence.

  • Schedule and track new hire progress and provide support as necessary through the IOE (Initial Operating Experience) process.

  • Coordinate with Training Department for scheduling of all Continuing Qualification classes, Requal Training, Special Tracking, and Remedial Training.

  • Manage all classroom, instructor, and auditor schedules

  • Schedule Line Checks and conformity checks as necessary.

  • Completion of Monthly Bid Adjustment

Minimum Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Friendly and outgoing personality.

  • Self-motivated, team player.

  • Ability to work under tight time constraints to ensure on-time departures.

  • Must be able to effectively communicate verbally by telephone and in person with crewmembers, dispatch and other office staff.

  • Able to read documents and follow instructions.

  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and positively.

Physical and Other Requirements

  • This position is based at SkyWest Headquarters in St. George, UT (no remote positions available)

  • The schedule will be 4 10-hour shifts Sunday - Wednesday 0700-1700.

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
