Primary Job Duties

Coordinate and schedule training for Pilots attending all phases of training. Schedule and book aircraft simulator sessions to provide the most efficient training sessions with student and instructors. Coordinate with Flight Operations Training, Standards, and Flight Simulator to ensure all training is scheduled efficiently and accurately.

  • Coordinate with Flight Operations Training Managers and Supervisors (Training, Resources/Services, Standards, and Operations) to determine monthly training requirements.

  • Make necessary travel/lodging arrangements

  • Schedule, coordinate, and pre-assign other training related assignments as necessary.

  • Maintain excellent communication with Instructors, Pilot Records, as well as Flight Operations Managers and Supervisors.

  • Maintain knowledge of all Department and Company policies

  • Create reports as necessary in Excel and other programs.

Minimum Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams

  • Flexibility in schedule to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.

  • Exceptional customer service skills, written and verbal

  • Flexible, with strong detail skills and capability of assuming responsibility.

  • Self-motivated, team player.

  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and positively.

  • Ability to work with others as part of a team and work under time constraints

Physical and Other Requirements

  • Schedule is Wednesday - Saturday or Sunday - Wednesday 0700-1700

  • Must be willing to relocate to St. George, UT (no remote positions available)

  • Moderate noise (business office with computers, printers, light traffic, and Group setting)

  • Sitting for extended periods of time in front of a computer and on the phone
