$16.50 per hour training wage, increasing to $19.00/hour after completing classroom and on-desk training (approximately 7 months).

Primary Job Duties
As a Crew Scheduler, you will perform various technical crew scheduling functions and activities.
Provide scheduling support to Pilots and Flight Attendants
Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously with heavy phone call volume
Monitor/ensure compliance with crewmember legalities
Make calls to crew members notifying them of schedule changes
Communicate and problem solve with other departments to provide an efficient operation
Minimum Requirements
SkyWest Crew Schedulers come from a wide range of backgrounds, education, interests, and experience. We are looking for individuals with an interest in the airline industry who have the following traits
Strong verbal and written communication skills and Exceptional customer service skills
Strong computer experience required
Ability to multi-task, adapt, and prioritize with changing and fast-paced environments
Able to work independently and as an integral part of a team
Bring a passion and ability to find solutions
Outstanding listening, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work a flexible schedule (weekends, holidays, early mornings, afternoons, and graveyard shifts).
Preferred Skills
A desire to learn and a commitment to professional development
Demonstrated stable work history with reliable attendance
Provide a one-year commitment to the position
Call center experience helpful.
Physical and Other Requirements
Sitting at a computer for extended periods of time
This job is not remote, candidates must reside near or be willing to relocate to St. George, UT by 12/28
Willingness to work assigned schedules based on seniority. Shift trading is available to help accommodate personal needs.
