Primary Job Duties

The Crew Support Systems and Project Coordinator is the key user and administrator of all Crew Support software programs. They oversee project management for all Crew Support projects. Manage all necessary audit functions required within Crew Support Department as well as various data collection/analysis functions.

  • Collect, analyze, and report various department and crew data as requested. Make recommendations when appropriate.

  • Collaborate with other departments as necessary for data collection and analysis.

  • Research, prepare, and conduct audits as requested

  • Key User of Crew Support software applications.

  • Provide guidance with development of new applications and coordinate and conduct acceptance testing of all new software or software upgrades and other changes.

  • Liaison with IT for all Crew Support hardware/software issues that arise and work to resolve in a timely manner.

  • Assist with instruction and documentation related to department systems or software.

  • Assist with overflow/irregular operations on the Crew Scheduling Desk.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of Crew Support (Crew Scheduling, Planning or Payroll) experience required.

  • Proficient in all MS Office applications, including Excel.

  • Thorough working knowledge of all software applications in use by Crew Support.

  • Troubleshooting capability of Crew Support and crewmember software programs.

  • Proven and proficient in both FAR 117 and FAR 121 as they pertain to crewmember scheduling.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware/software issues.

  • Must be able to work with others as a team as well as alone with minimal supervision.

  • High level of organizational skills.

  • Ability to provide own transportation to/from the EOCC, as required.

  • Must be available to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.

  • Travel as needed to attend necessary training, conferences, or meetings.

Physical and Other Requirements

  • Office setting: ability to sit and work at a desk for extended periods of time.
