SkyWest Airlines Crew Support Systems and Project Coordinator in St. George, Utah

Primary Job Duties

The Crew Support Systems and Project Coordinator is the key user and administrator of all Crew Support software programs. They oversee project management for Crew Support projects, manage all necessary audit functions required within the Crew Support Department as well as various data collection/analysis functions.

  • Collect, analyze, and report various department and crew data as requested.

  • Collaborate with other departments as necessary for data collection and analysis.

  • Research, prepare, and conduct audits as requested.

  • Key User of Crew Support software applications.

  • Provide guidance with development of new applications and coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing of all new software or software upgrades and changes.

  • Liaison with IT for all Crew Support hardware/software issues that arise and work to resolve in a timely manner.

  • Assist with instruction and documentation related to department systems or software.

  • Assist departments within Crew Support in documenting processes and updating manuals.

  • Work as a Crew Scheduler during overflow/irregular operations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Proficient in all MS Office applications, including Excel.

  • Thorough working knowledge of all software applications in use by Crew Support within 4 months of hire.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware/software issues.

  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be able to work with others as a team as well as alone with minimal supervision.

  • High level of organizational skills.

  • Maintain Crew Scheduler proficiency (candidate will go through Crew Scheduler training upon hire)

Physical and Other Requirements

  • Office setting: ability to sit and work at a desk for extended periods of time.

  • Shift will be 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday - Friday

  • Must be available to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.

  • Travel as needed to attend necessary training, conferences, or meetings.
