Primary Job Duties

  • Review inventory management practices to locate opportunities for improvement

  • Prepare and review summaries of inventory and related costs

  • Provide support in preparing monthly self-invoices to our vendors

  • Be familiar with and ensure observance of maintenance contracts

  • Provide audit support to vendors and assist in monthly reconciliations

  • Assist with creating and analyzing maintenance budgets/forecasts and planning

  • Query reports from SkyTrack and other company databases

  • Continuous analysis of inventory levels and the associated buffers

  • Aide in the implementation of TOC concepts in regards to inventory management

  • Designate work needed to be completed and assign repair vendor on removed parts

  • Determine if a part has a current warranty

  • Evaluate repair quotes

  • Purchase aircraft parts

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or working towards aforementioned degree

  • Experience in financial analysis and inventory management

  • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task effectively

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Experience in the aviation industry

  • Must be able to travel on occasion

Physical and Other Requirements

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a computer and perform repetitive computer functions
