Primary Job Duties

  • Scheduling and creating MX blocks for STRI, Tire Pressure checks, Oil quantity checks, Service checks, and required MX actions.

  • Scheduling of MX action during the active flying day must be done in a way that is least impactful to the schedule integrity and not overly burdensome to the location

  • Timely and accurate M-207 creation and distribution

  • Look for low risk opportunities to schedule and work DMI’s on the Line

  • Monitor the operation via the flow board for timely compliance of scheduled Maintenance actions assigned on the M-207 Line Request Form

  • Management of maintenance blocks on the Flite Trac flow board

  • Communicate with Bases and Line locations of clos in plan changes

  • Authorize aircraft swaps based on time remaining and special requirements

  • Pull down and reapply Maintenance blocks as required

  • Develop alternate workscopes for aircraft involved in swaps.

  • Support and advise OOC and MXC regarding aircraft MIP task time remaining status

  • Assist Maintenance Control with Maintenance Road trip logistics; travel/lodging/rental car arrangements.

Minimum Requirements

  • This is job is not remote, candidate must be willing to relocate to St. George, UT

  • 2 years of college credits or equivalent industry experience

  • Minimum 1-year experience in the airline industry preferably with maintenance planning or operations center experience

  • Proficient using Microsoft applications

  • Ability to work weekends and shift work as required

  • High degree of attention to detail
