Primary Job Duties
Oversees Financial/Inventory Analysts and assigns necessary duties and tasks.
Review inventory management practices to locate opportunities for improvement
Prepare and review summaries of inventory and related costs
Be familiar with and ensure observance of maintenance contracts
Provide audit support to vendors and assist in monthly reconciliations
Assist with creating and analyzing maintenance budgets/forecasts and planning
Query reports from SkyTrack and other company databases
Continuous analysis of inventory levels and the associated buffers
Aide in the implementation of TOC concepts in regards to inventory management
Aide in the decision making to Repair and Purchase aircraft parts
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Statistics or Finance or working towards aforementioned degree
Experience with statistics and analytics
Experience in financial analysis and inventory management
Proficient in Excel
Must be able to prioritize and multi-task effectively
Strong organizational skills
Experience in the aviation industry (Preferred)
Physical and Other Requirements
Must be able to travel on occasion
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a computer and perform repetitive computer functions
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
