SkyWest Airlines Lead Accessory Shop Crew in TUCSON, Arizona

Primary Job Duties

  • Is responsible to the Accessory Shop Supervisor and/or Manager of Accessory Shops

  • Is responsible for the productivity of an assigned crew in their assigned work area

  • Is responsible to demonstrate proper work practices to ensure production, safety and compliance with company and technical manuals

  • Is responsible to ensure all employees in their area of assignment receive necessary training

  • Is responsible to ensure all maintenance documentation within their assigned work area is completed and accurate

  • Is responsible to ensure their assigned work area is kept clean and well-organized for safe and productive operation

  • Is responsible for the safety of the employees within the shop

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be a current accessory shop employee or m ust hold a valid A&P Certificate

  • Must have shown leadership ability

  • Must have demonstrated good communication and organizational skills

  • Must have basic clerical skills

  • Must have good mechanical skills

Physical and Other Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 75 pounds
